At the One-Stop Centers, job seekers will:
- Connect with a Welcome Team Member
- Complete the enrollment process prior to receiving service
- Receive an initial assessment
- Meet with a talent coach
- Participate in activities driven by the Talent Coaching Team
Upon completion of the Welcome Process, the Talent Coaching Team works closely with each job seeker to determine next steps which might include:
- Comprehensive Assessments
- Counseling and support
- Workshops
- Community resources
- Job networking services
work2future is teaming up with the Employment Development Department (EDD) and several state and local partners combining resources to ensure Veterans recieve the assistance and support they need. Veterans receive priority in job and training referrals as well as other employment-related services. Please bring proof of veteran status ( DD214 or VA records) to your initial visit to the One Stops to let us know you are a Veteran.
